Experiencers Unite - Principle of Synchronicities

We made it passed the eclipse and as Jessa just reminded us, it makes sense if you are feeling pretty wiped out! Hope you are getting lots of rest and being really sweet to yourself. The other thing I've been noticing is synchronicities everywhere! Bashar often says how once we start following our hearts (or "the excitement") we will experience the organizing principle of synchronicities and I think there is something to this timeline jump post eclipse that is making it harder to go against our true self and therefore easier to align with and notice synchronicities. A fun one from today was that a friend wished me "the joy of 5 elephants." Weird way to sign of a message right?! But not really given that my favorite number is 5 and my favorite animal is elephants!! Just a quick wink from the Universe to let me know that they are paying attention and know ME very well! Love it! Another fun one, I had a $2800 bill that I was worrying about and I got two unexpected refunds of $1800 and $1000!! Couldn't make this stuff up! Love you so much! xo, z

What's Inspiring Me Right Now

My favorite quote is from Byron Katie, "If I were thinking and believing what you were thinking and believing, I would have done the exact same thing." For me, it captures the purity and innocence of every moment and every experience, we are always operating with a limited set of information and are primarily informed by our sense of safety which is guided by our nervous system and the limiting beliefs we have inherited or formed in response to the perception of threat. Anyhow, I was in a real defense state the other morning and remembered that I have the option to "take it to the Work" meaning to fill out a worksheet and question my thoughts. I felt my feelings, did some effective mobilizing to support my nervous system, and then filled out a worksheet. And then I remembered that Katie leads people through the work live on Zoom, so I jumped on the call, raised my hand and was thrilled to be chosen to go through it with her. She blew my mind and heart wide open (of course!) and this is why I love the Work, it just shatters us into the moment and the realization that we are always safe in the present moment and everything else is just imagination. The Work is always free on thework.com, but personally I love going through it with another person and am always thrilled to support others. If you'd ever like to schedule a one time session to take a stressful situation or thought through the Work together, don't hesitate to reach out!

Lemon Bath for Highly Sensitive People

I just registered for a free workshop called "Energetics for Highly Sensitive People" with a teacher I love named Sarah McCrum. She is leading it with David Router. She channeled a beautiful book called "Love Money, Money Loves You." Anyhow, after registering, I got the email with zoom link, etc. and also this lemon bath recipe that is supposed to open you up for the energy healing and I think it sounds amazing so wanted to share it with you!

Openings coming soon!

Several people are about to finish up the full 5 hours of the SSP (congrats!!) and so there are openings coming soon. Please reach out if you are interested in having an inquiry call or have had one and feel you are ready to embark on your SSP journey, or just want to learn more about the nervous system work, there are loads of ways for us to connect one on one, via courses or through the YouTube Channel and Podcast. I'm also thinking about connecting a Skool group community forum to a Substack for folks who would like to connect with others on the journey, would love to know if people would be into that? Big hugs to everyone, xo,

P.S. One more thing ;)

I so believe in the power of adding questions to our life, self inquiry has totally changed my reality and can be as simple as "how is my body feeling right now." So I was just thrilled to find out that this is a scientifically proven way to eliminate all sorts of mental and physical dis-ease, just ask these 3 questions: How is the symptom now? Is it better or worse than before? Why is it better or worse? I'm about to start her amazing book telling the story of how Ellen Langer found this path to healing called "The mindful body : thinking our way to chronic health." I reached out to see if she would come on the podcast and her schedule doesn't allow but she was so cool and that felt like a really good sign that this work could be very worthwhile! She also has a whole book on becoming an artist and mindful creativity! I'm obsessed already!

Will you find true love? This is a fun video covering loads of topics, including 2027 (the year that everything changes!) which so many of us are fans of thinking and learning about here (btw have you taken Jessa's course yet? The replay is available 6/17!) One of the topics that stood out to me was when a participant asked if they would find true love in this lifetime (somewhere around minute 14). I love the response, basically that true love comes in many forms not just romantic...

Are you scared to let people down? So many of us in this community identify as current or recovering "people pleasers" which is a really confusing phrase because it implies that we are actually pleasing the person, meaning that it ultimately is a positive for them. However, when push comes to shove, most of us would admit that if given the choice, we would rather people be honest with us than dishonest and people pleasing is a form of dishonesty. What are some of the consequences of doing...

change is all there is.... Welcome to the many new members of the community who chose to connect with the Nervous System Work: Be the Change course. Most people remark that they have never thought of the phrase "be the change" in the way that I do, so I thought it would be fun to talk a bit about change. Even though change is the only constant, the nervous system resists change at all costs! Why? Even when we are in a less than optimal or even dangerous situation, the nervous system sees...
